Typical CFTally Workouts:
Five Rounds of: Row 500m then Bench Press Body weight for 30 reps. for time.
AMRAP* 20 minutes: 5 Shoulder Press 120/85 lbs, 15 Knees-to-elbows, 10 Shoulder Press 120/85.
Five Rounds of: Run 400m, 30 GHD Sit-ups, 250/175 lbs Deadlift 15 reps, for time.
Power Snatch 75 lbs for 75 reps for time.
Power Clean 75% of Body Weight, pull-ups for 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 reps for time.
CrossFit Total = Maximum Back Squat + Maximum Shoulder Press + Maximum Deadlift.
It goes on and on... But we're not crazy, although it may look that way!
