<p>There are two teams; a paleo and a zone team.</p>
<p>Each team has a captain who will:</p>

<li>Provide motivational support to their own team.</li>
<li>Answer questions.</li>

<p>Each team captain will ensure the other team's points are legitimate. With each post the team captain will add a post that includes a running total of points for the team. Partial credit is possible.</p>
<p><strong>Before/After Pictures:</strong></p>
<p>Each picture should be in the same attire and should be from the neck down and side profile. The subject should fill the frame. Outstanding results will be featured on cftally.com but only with participant&rsquo;s approval. Non-approval does not preclude you from getting points in the challenge.&nbsp; Team captains approve all pictures and certify they follow these instructions.</p>
