The only way that counts. Check our progress. We publish it everyday.  Many affiliates have stopped the practice of posting everyone's results every workout day, some never did.  We think it's worth the extra time and trouble because of several reasons. Posting results:

  1. Shows everyone's progress. Since we link to the last time we preformed the workout (WOD), it's easy to verify.
  2. Posting helps build community, because even if you weren't at your usual time you get to see what everyone did.
  3. It shows our programming works. We have nothing to hide.
