But you should know that everyone can do a CrossFit workout (WOD). It really does not matter whether you are very fit or not. What matters is that you commit to getting better.
If you are very fit then good, we've got some new challenges for you.
If you are not very fit at all then good, we've got the skills and experience to safely scale your workout.
Everyone CAN do a CrossFit workout (WOD), but not everyone WILL do them.
Only you can put yourself into the first group and keep yourself out of the second.
