Run 400m with Medicine ball 
40 Medicine ball cleans
40 Medicine ball push-ups (20 ea. hand)
40 Wall ball Shots
40 Medicine ball push-ups (20 ea. hand)
40 Walking lunges with Medicine ball overhead
40 sit-ups with Medicine ball
Run 400m with Medicine ball
