Deliver Us from Eva- Hey Greg this one felt like the old days back at the garage when it took me an hour plus to finish the WOD!!!
I lost 5 pounds from this workout. Nothing like that Florida heat. This was probably the best/worst hour of my day.
The heat killed me. I can't wait to re-do this one when it's not stupid hot out.
