Samson Stretch

Doubleunders

3 rounds of 8 reps.

Morning Crew Results:

David - 15 rounds scaled.

Suzanne - 17 rounds scaled.

Liz - 13 rounds.

Sean - 20 rounds.

Danielle - 19 rounds scaled.

Joshua - 18 rounds.

Evan - 16 rounds.

Clarence - 14 rounds.

Yeah that workout is a tough one, thanks! You did great too! Sorry we had to take off so quickly this morning. I would have liked to have been able to stick around to help push you to the end of Filthy Fifty, but I needed to rush to get ready for work. That workout takes FOREVER! I had to lay down for a min when I got home. Haha
