So...I looked up the word Carioca - it's a dance - a Brazillian variation of the Samba...incidentally it looks very similar to the exercise :-) Just thought I'd share! LOL!

Sorry David, the 375 was fixed. It had an M in the book by mistake. Tyler and Kevin, your numbers are put in too. I thought the carioca had a spanish flare to it....hmmm that must be why Chris does it so well!
