CFTally: Exercise and Workout Archive

Boredom is Never an Issue at CFTally!

You will never be bored with your workout at CFTally. We do not publish our workouts in advance, so you'll never know what is in store for you. We find this prevents cherry-picking of favorite workouts and/or avoidance of personally challenging workouts. The mystery is also fun!

There are three general areas that we draw our movements and exercises from, but we don't limit ourselves to them!

Olympic Weightlifting and Barbell Training

  • This includes the Snatch and Clean & Jerk, but also includes Powerlifting lifts like back squat, deadlift and bench press. We do all manner of barbell exercises including other implements like kettlebells.

Gymnastics

  • Gymnastics includes any bodyweight movement. These include familiar ones like push-ups, pull-ups and sit-ups. We also less familiar movements like skin-the-cat, front levers and back levers.

Metabolic Conditioning

  • This may sound mysterious but if I were to call it "cardio" you would know what I'm talking about. These movements include running, rowing and jumping rope. We find lots of ways to get your heart rate up!

Workout of the day (WOD) Archive

Below the tag cloud you will find our workout archive. We record every workout and every athlete's results for each workout. This is useful in finding when we last did a particular movement and is a resource for all of our athletes to see their results.
